The spiritual formation of our people is of the utmost importance. God desires that each of us grow as a disciple of Jesus - that we would passionately pursue Jesus as our Greatest treasure, to display the life changing fruit of the Spirit, use our spiritual gifts for the glory of God and the benefit of others, steward all of our life for the glory of God, and share God's story of grace in our lives with others.
