Nahum is an Old Testament prophet that tells of the coming defeat of God's enemies, the Assyrians. It is a book that was fulfilled during Nahum's own day (612 BC) but also points us to a greater fulfillment in the person and work of Jesus who defeats our greatest enemy on our behalf.
